On the first floor (entrance level), there is an enormous space for sitting, eating and partying and a large well equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom on this floor with an accessible bathroom (i.e. wheelchair access) with the remainder of the bedrooms downstairs.

The good - Fantastic location. Very secure garden for the dogs to do there thing. Big shared living area to bring the family together. The bad - the facilities are tired, and the barn could do with some TLC. everything was in need of better / professional clean.

Very spacious and great layout for a large family group. However the house felt dated and did need some tlc throughout to bring it up to the standard we’d expect of a holiday home.

Lovely building and surrounding, but property needs a deep clean throughout and multiple issues sorting, not a pleasant stay. Anywhere slightly out of reach had a thick buildup of dust. On arrival we felt had to give the kitchen a good clean, crumbs and dirt in cupboards and cuttlery tray. I move.... On arrival we felt had to give the kitchen a good clean, crumbs and dirt in cupboards and cuttlery tray. I moved a bed sideways slightly to clear a socket, exposed all sorts of filth on the carpet I would guess a years buildup. Mould growing on all shower doors. Bathroom extractor vents thick with dust. Bedroom doors either not closing or unable to work with a risk of being locking in. Rear door wouldn't unlock. Cobwebs on most walls, although inkeeping with an October stay! Cleaning equipment all left out. Hair and dirt on all the sofas. Dead flies behind TV cabinet and in picture frames, ..... We had a nice time but I won't be heading back.
