You have to constantly E-mail the owner to turn the heating up, and then 2 hours later the radiators are cold AGAIN. Spent a week here with elderly parents, and handicapped siblings the whole week was Freezing. The owner is NOW blaming me for NOT E-mailing sufficiently, I do not go on holiday to be constantly E-mailing the owner, BEGGING the owner to turn the heat up. Heating is a basic requirement of any rental property. My elderly parents have medical conditions that require them to be warm, and we were denied our basic rights. We had a week horribly ruined by a selfish owner, who is HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, But did NOT turn the thermostat up sufficiently to get the radiators hot. We have used the best of Exmoor on many many occasions and there cottages have been the finest standard, and so are they. We will see how they handle this complaint.

Lovely remote property and the gardens and surrounding area are fantastic. If you like seclusion and peace and quiet then this would be good for you. siting in the garden, watching the birds of prey flying and the deers grazing in the neighbouring field was very lovely.
