This is the ideal base for a romantic getaway with you partner, perfect base for a walking holiday and offers a garden, patio for your four legged friends. Private parking is also included.
Kingswear is a beautiful village located in South Devon and on the banks of the River Dart. This village boasts spectacular views over to Dartmouth and Dartmouth is only a short ferry ride away where you can enjoy a spot of shopping in a mixture of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries. There are other local towns in close proximity to the property which are Brixham, Totnes, Paignton and Torquay. There is plenty to do here on holiday!
11a Waterhead is a modern one bedroom ground floor apartment with a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen, from the kitchen there is a conservatory with a dining tables and chairs and this leads to the rear patio and garden. From the lounge you move to the bathroom with thermostatic shower cubicle, there is then the double bedroom and additional room at the side of the apartment.

We had a great stay! Location is perfect as you are on a quiet road right across the street from a park. You are 10 minutes walk into town where you can grab the ferry to Dartmouth or catch the bus to other places (Paignton, Brixham, etc.) There are plenty of walk paths right outside your doorstep so it was great for our dog. We stayed for several weeks and worked some while we were there and did not have any issues with the wifi, including on Zoom meetings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. Plenty of space for 2 people as it was essentially a two bedroom apartment (1 room with a sofa bed).

Very nice accommodation to stay and in and location was nice too. I believe this property is for sale currently otherwise we would have tried to rebook again as had a really good holiday there.
