On the ground floor, there is an open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a patio door from the kitchen leads out on to the private patio area. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, a modern family bathroom as well as a cloakroom.

April Cottage is in a great location with easy access to the harbour and shops. The Queens Arms and The Manor pubs are a quick walk. It's great to be able to quickly access The Batteries and Coast Path or take a bus to Kingswear and Dartmouth. Basically lots of options easily accessible. Great walks to Berry Head and on to Man Sands too.

April Cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a great holiday. The green outside is perfect if you have a dog. The view is stunning and it is a great base for exploring Brixham and South Devon.
