Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the property's location and the views it offers, along with the well-furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. The addition of a terrace and beach equipment enhances the holiday experience. Some guests noted areas for improvement in facilities and maintenance, but the prompt service from the local agent was praised.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score for this category.

The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to Dartmouth town centre, shops, restaurants, and ferries. The scenic views of the river and steam trains add to the charm, making the location ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are described as lovely, contributing to the overall comfort. However, some guests found the living space cramped and suggested improvements such as a larger TV and better heating.

While the property is equipped with a Nespresso machine and beach equipment, guests reported issues with audio equipment, a CD player, and a lack of kitchenware for serving food. The prompt response to requests for additional coat hangers was noted positively.

The provision of beach equipment and a Nespresso machine indicates thoughtfulness. However, the absence of a welcome pack and basic supplies was noted. While gifts are not guaranteed, their inclusion can enhance the guest experience.

Fortunately we’re ample to drive back to your office. Did try phoning but it was a recorded style message. The parking is first class ( we know hoe difficult it is to park in Dartmouth, outside your rental property, as we did own a house in the town. The crockery re cups & glasses which were very large & industrial let the property down. The microwave did not work but we worked round this. We would stay at the Dart Marina again.

It could have done with a larger TV in living room and also think the downstairs wooden floors need a 'refresh' plus more glasses in the kitchen. We look forward to returning to glorious Dartmouth.

This one was nice as it had the terrace to sit out in and have drinks and food. However even though the apartment was for 4 people there were no large bowls or pleated for serving food on. There were the normal everyday mugs, plates and bowls but if you wanted a salad there was nothing to serve it in. On a positive note the use of a windbreak, sun shade and two fold up chairs were most welcome for the beach trips.
