Very beautiful cottage, location perfect Only downside is the front bedroom can be noisy, at one point we have workmen turn up at 10.30pm and worked until 12.30am putting up Christmas lights I think- let’s say with the bright lights and chatter sleep wasn’t possible

This lovely 'upside-down' house was in a fantastic spot with a massive garage for our VW van, a lovely outside terrace with a view of the beautiful river and Kingswear. The house was nicely furnished and had all the usual equipment and amenities. Nice shower. We had great weather and spent our week in and around the town. Lots to do with various boat trips and steam train, boat down to the castle and church etc so we only went out in our vehicle on one occasion to go to the beach.
