About this property
Swallows Reach has been converted from a detached barn and is smart and spacious. Head up a few steps and through glass doors into your light, modern open plan oak-floored living space complete with comfortable seating around a cosy wood burning stove. You will find the bedrooms on the floors above and below, two on each level and all with TV and big beams. As well as the shared play areas and pool, you have your own large and private patio where you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy long views as far as Torbay. At the back is a big lawn area for stretching out in the sun or running around. Swallows Reach is a peaceful spot with lots for children to get active with. Note: This property is on the same farm as The Roundhouse 976196, East Bickleigh 976183, Oak Tree 976220 and The Hay Barn 976197.
Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes.

Cot and highchair available on request.
Off road parking for six cars.

Note: Swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, available from 8am to 8pm; occasionally the pool is also used by owners' family and friends.

This is the 1st time we've stayed in a house we usually go to a campsite never again there is a beach is close by, but no hustle and bustle of a typical seaside town. Very pet friendly, owners are onsite if any problems but don't bother you and swimming pool was an advantage will definitely be back

Beautiful location with stunning views and well kept grounds. The swimming pool and games room were the 'cherry on the cake' when the rain came. Highly recommend this accommodation that is within easy reach of the beaches, Totnes and Dartmouth. Thanks to Brian and Amanda for a wonderful stay!

The barn and facilities are immaculate: It is so much larger than he photos show. The swimming pool and games room really handy for our teenagers. A visit to north sands beach is a must. Really quiet small beach with rock pools ruin of a turret and beautiful scenery. Large car park with a large cafe serving meals. Nice crab sandwiches. We took suvs and the children loved it and added bonus dogs allowed. Thank you a really nice holiday
