Accessed via a set of stairs, the property rests across the first and second floors, with an open-plan living space greeting you from the stairs. Look forward to spending your evenings in this bright and airy sitting area, with a selection of plush sofas to curl up with your loved ones, perfect for catching up with your favourite shows. The kitchen has been equipped with everything you could need to rustle up a delicious meal for the whole family, to be enjoyed at the dining table over a well-deserved glass of wine, whilst you enjoy the stunning coastal views from the large windows. The first-floor gives access to a lovely well-presented king-size bedroom, with the benefit of an en-suite bathroom, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub at the end of a tiring day. The second-floor has a further two twin bedrooms, with a family shower room to support, with all bedrooms boasting those stunning coastal views for you to wake up to each morning. Salcombe is a wonderful tourist base for exploring all the delights this AONB area has to offer. Discover Overbeck's, a 20th century Edwardian-style home housing a quirky art and history collections, with stunning sea views and large landscaped gardens to explore. Visit the wonderful Salcombe North Sands beach, the perfect spot for taking advantage of the summer months and enjoying a picnic with your family, before taking a cool dip in the clear waters, or even try your hand at some surfing!     Various glass rubbish items left on kitchen counter. Otherwise everything was clean and tidy. Couldn’t get the tumble dryer to work.
