This fantastic location is ideal for those looking enjoy sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour town.
This property has a modern granite kitchen with an open plan living / dining area and chic, nautical decor. Amenities in the kitchen include an AEG gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The lounge boasts a comfortable, two-person sofas, two chairs, a coffee table and French doors onto the balcony.
Two bedrooms in total, including a master with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and door to the garden as well as an en suite with Bette steel bath, wash basin, w.c, heated towel rail and shaver point. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a door to the garden. A separate shower room is adjacent. In addition, there is a front garden and south-facing terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy the summer sunshine. A car parking space is reserved for this property on site.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

There isnât much of a view but we were not worried about that. We just wanted a base. The parking space is vital to me. Itâs a lovely little apartment . Lovely little bit of outdoor space too Thank you.

We loved it. Car parking was a big bonus . The facilities were top class and we would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Superb outdoor space. On arrival we noticed that there were 2 issues with the property. A leaking shower and the dishwasher was blocked. We tried to fix the problem ourselves on the day we arrived but couldn't fix it. We noticed a card in the lounge that advised us to go to the Town and Country office in town if we had any issues. We did this the following day and reported the two issues. When we arrived back at our apartment the shower had been fixed but not the dishwasher. This wasn't repaired throughout the whole of our stay despite reporting it. This has dissapointed us we didn't expect to have to wash pots whilst away.
