The lovely community of South Brent may be found in England, on the southern edge of Dartmoor. Because of the rich history of this community, which dates back to the Bronze Age, numerous hut circles, enclosures, and barrows may be found on the high moorlands. Additionally, there is a high incline on Brent incline where there are the remains of an old building and a windmill that was allegedly built in 1790. The village has a number of stores and bars in the heart of the Dartmoor National Park's limits. Howard and Suzie are perfect hosts, gave us space to relax but also happy to help with any queries. All the little things that are usually missing in a holiday let have been thought of and made it feel like a home from home. The house is so cosy, well equipped, comfortable beds, space to relax, plenty of bathrooms and a fabulous hot tub. The welcome gifts were incredible, really made us feel welcome and were super helpful for our stay. We would 100% recommend Foxglove Barn and look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you!

We stayed with our 10 and 8 year old boys and none of us wanted to leave. It was a great base for exploring the area and beyond and also for a cosy âhomeâ day too. The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave a gorgeous welcome arrival with home made biscuits and home made bread, which was very well received. We would definitely return.

The welcome pack was a lovely treat. Howard and Suze have worked hard and made old farm buildings into a beautiful holiday cottage that was a pleasure to stay in. Thank you. Barrie and Linda.
