Stairs to first floor: Beautiful kitchen with twin ovens and induction hob, fridge freezer plus a separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave/3rd oven, blue tooth speaker. Dining table to seat up to 10, opening into the lounge area with large corner sofa, Smart TV and full width wide balcony with outside seating and wonderful sea views. Snug with large Smart TV and sofa bed, books and games. Cloakroom with WC and basin.
Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 3 with 5ft King Size bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers, beautiful walk in shower room with rainfall shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 4: with 6ft Superking size bed (which can be split to form a twin room if required – please advise at time of booking if required as a twin). Hanging rail, chest of drawers, en suite shower room with walk in shower room with rainfall shower, basin and WC.
Outside: Large lawn surrounds the property with enclosed gated area to the rear and fully enclosed front garden.
