Samphire is a well-received holiday rental in Teignmouth, praised for its prime location close to the seafront, shops, and eateries. Guests consistently note the property's cleanliness, modern amenities, and comfortable furnishings. While parking can be challenging, solutions are often found nearby. The thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts, add to the positive experience, although they are not guaranteed for every stay.
Guests frequently commend the property for its cleanliness, describing it as immaculate, clean, and inviting. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.
The location is highly praised for being within a stone's throw of beaches, shops, and dining options. Its central position is a standout feature that guests appreciate for both convenience and the ease of exploring Teignmouth.
The property is generally regarded as comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed mentioned. However, some guests found the sofa to be low-backed and less comfortable, which slightly affects the overall comfort score.
Facilities are well-regarded, with the property being well-equipped and maintained. Some minor suggestions for improvement include the addition of a hairdryer and more comfortable sitting room furniture. The presence of good wifi and a well-appointed kitchen are frequently mentioned positives.
While some guests mention lovely welcome gifts, there are not enough references to consistently evaluate the thoughtfulness across all stays. Therefore, while appreciated, such gestures are not guaranteed and cannot be scored.

Easy access to all the facilities of Teignmouth. Parking permit from Teignbridge Council is easy to obtain online and saves worry about finding change for parking.

Everything you needed. A lovely gift when we arrived. One downside....A summer weight quilt would have been better.

Extremely clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the settee was very uncomfortable for us. It was very low backed and firm. Due to the very wet weather we spent quite a lot of time in the flat reading. We used spare pillows to try and make it more comfortable. A real shame as we would book Samphire again except for the settee.
