The conservatory provided a lovely family room for us and our dog and the stair gates were great for providing a dog friendly space. A great location within the Saxon walls, with a popular pub and amazing walks.

We found everything we needed in terms of kitchen equipment. Clearview is conveniently situated for walking on the moors or at the beautiful Lydford gorge and for dining at the excellent Castle inn. The road was a little busier than we anticipated, but there was no problem sleeping. Although it wasn’t a problem for us, the lack of a second bathroom is probably the only negative. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this property.

The owners Pip and Hugh were on hand and made sure we had settled in nicely. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Ideal location for visiting strawberry fields, Dartmoor ect.
