A gorgeous character cottage in the heart of the Victorian seaside town of Swanage. Built in 1873 by the main founders of Swanage town, it even enjoyed time as a sweet shop back in the 1950s. The cottage has been thoughtfully modernised over the years without losing any of its period charm and quirky nature.
Dolphins is a lovely three bedroom cottage located in a quiet residential street just a short walk from the vibrant seaside town of Swanage. The cottage is the perfect retreat for a family looking to explore all that Swanage as to offer and is still full of character even after being thoughtfully modernised over the years.
Whilst the cottage is cosy, there is still plenty of space with two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen-living-dining area and an enclosed courtyard garden. The property also has it's own parking space.

A lovely cottage, located right in the middle of Swanage, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The cottage was well equipped throughout, had excellent Wi-Fi, and the smart TV was a welcome bonus. We somehow managed to stay here during the hottest week of the year, in September! The cottage remained cool throughout, and was a pleasure to come back to! The only things we would highlight, the off street parking is a bit tight, which wasn't a major problem for us, but might be a squeeze for a larger, wider car. Also, the cottage is located up a steep hill from the town, which again, wasn't a problem for us, but might cause difficulties for people who are less able.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Dolphins. It is a nice spacious, airy cottage. Everything was clean and tidy. The cottage is well equipped and in an excellent location for both beach and transport. Car parking space if required, and a small patio garden, safe for children, behind gates.
