There is a small park right next door to property and a fabulous one on the walk to the beach suitable for bigger children. The garden is big enough for a kick around. We loved the conservatory/orangery and spent most of our time in there. The garden is south facing and appears to be quite protected from winds. We had a lovely weekend 5 adults and 3 children 9, 7 and 3. The bed set us is a bit different but worked for us.
