The apartment forms part of a tasteful conversion of an impressive Victorian property and offers some delightful features such as wood flooring and original ceiling beams as well as an attractive woodburning stove in the sitting area and large windows, making it a truly inviting and light-filled space. Arranged over two floors, the elevated position of the apartment means that it provides some breath-taking views over Cobb Harbour and beyond. The stylish kitchen is fully fitted with everything needed to rustle up a feast for your family and the dining area is all ready for you to pull up a chair and enjoy spending quality time together eating and drinking. When night comes, choose from the king-size bedroom which has captivating views over the harbour or the superbly appointed super-king-size bedroom. Both bedrooms offer a calming sanctuary away from the main space and are the perfect place to wake up to in the morning, ready for a day of adventures ahead. Perfect location for the harbour end of Lyme. The property was toasty warm which was much appreciated. The cooking facilities were first class, we loved the dinner service too. A bonus was that we could park our car in Ozone Terrace free of charge for the week.

The owners have provided a very comfortable upside down cottage with all mod cons. There really wasn't anything else that was needed. A gift bag of goodies is a lovely touch, and very tasty. Our only comment would be that the property could do with a thorough clean, whilst on the surface all was well, the kitchen cupboards & handles were very grubby and some of the crockery & cutlery still had dried on food. Probably from the previous renters not checking after emptying the dishwasher. We visited in November and were lucky to have a week of sunshine. Perfect for some stunning sunrises and beautiful walks. Also parking was easy, as we were able to book a space in the b&b accommodation directly behind the property which was a bonus.
