One of a pair of bespoke handmade oak shepherd's huts, The Nest is located in the peaceful Dorset farming village of Powerstock, and sits overlooking a pretty valley with countryside views all around. The two local village pubs are just a pleasant stroll away.

The stylish accommodation comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a cosy bedroom area with television, and a sofa for two facing the french doors. There is a shower room with walk-in shower enclosure, wash basin, heated towel rail, and fully plumbed flushing WC. The double french doors let the sunshine flood in, and you can relax in comfort as you enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, looking out across the valley and listening to the birdsong. Outside is a lawned area with chairs and a firepit, where you can sit and enjoy the countryside views or gaze up at the night sky and hear the owls hoot. A timber screened enclosure next to the hut houses the hot tub.

Guests can enjoy the special surrounding Dorset countryside, and explore nearby Eggardon Hill Fort, or Powerstock Common. Situated just four miles from the popular town of Bridport, the hut is also well situated for exploring the nearby Jurassic Coast, West Bay, Charmouth and Lyme Regis, and the numerous quaint villages nearby.

The Nest's sister hut The Warren can be also be booked, subject to availability.

Additional Information:

One well behaved dog, or two small dogs, welcome at owners discretion (small additional charge).

Please keep dogs off the furniture and on leads when outside due to livestock being on the farm, including sheep, horses and pygmy goats.

cctv cameras are located to the entrances and around the main farm buildings for security purposes.
