This bright and airy accommodation offers a perfect base for couples or families looking for a seaside retreat, with the award-winning sandy beach only a few moments away. The stylish apartment offers a living/dining room with sliding doors leading to a balcony where you can sit with your morning cup of tea or coffee and in enjoy distant harbour views to the left. The large window allows in plenty of light, making the room feel spacious and welcoming, while the separate kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty meals which you can enjoy as you plan your itinerary or catch up on favourite TV shows.     The internal and external windows were very dirty. The decking and external furniture needs cleaning. It needs a further sofa , the single blue chair has no legs. For four people not enough seats.We had to contact Blitz who are responsible for the corridor and lift cleaning , which was filthy , they come out and did a good clean . The lift still needs a deep clean. The management company need to be told about the state of the common area which need a good clean. Especially the entrance way and steps. The apartment is in a very good location.

    The carpark pass that was available was not listed and could do with a can opener other than that great

    The smell in the entrance wasn’t very welcoming . But as far as situation and location could not fault it. There is a Royal Mail sorting office right opposite but as we ware early risers it was not a problem
