Guests say

Boo Cottage is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location opposite a welcoming pub with excellent food. Guests appreciate the cosy atmosphere, especially the log burner, and find the property well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The quaint garden is a noted sun trap. Some minor suggestions for improvement include better shower facilities and additional bath towels.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as very clean and comfortable, with multiple reviews affirming the property's well-maintained state. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.

The cottage's location is frequently commended for its quietness, proximity to a friendly local pub, and ease of access to nearby attractions. The peaceful village setting is ideal for a relaxing break, enhancing the property's appeal.

Comfort is a strong point for Boo Cottage, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living spaces cosy. The log burner is a highlight for many. However, some guests suggest improvements such as handrails in the bath and a power shower to enhance comfort further.

Facilities at Boo Cottage are generally well-received, with the property being described as well-equipped. However, there are several comments about the need for a better shower, an extractor fan in the bathroom, and clearer instructions for the heating system. These issues suggest room for improvement in the maintenance of facilities.

While guests mention thoughtful touches like the provision of fudge and milk upon arrival, there are not enough references to gifts or additional thoughtful gestures to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed and may vary.

Set in a central spot for everything we did during this holiday. Clean, comfy bed and also home from home. Thank you for having us this week. We will definitely be back .

It was slow and no pressure which was annoying if you wanted a quick wash and go. The living room door could also do with a blind as privacy is compromised. Good cottage but few changes needed to improve stay. Maybe suggest changing the bath taps to mixer shower if not a new power shower.

The fact we keep going back speaks for itself. It’s peaceful, clean and comfortable and has everything we need.
