Guests have praised the A7 Masts apartment for its spaciousness, luxurious feel, and stunning coastal views. The property is noted for its high standard of furnishings and cleanliness, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location offers great proximity to local amenities, though the hillside position may challenge some. While the apartment is generally well-received, a few guests mentioned minor issues with comfort and facilities that could be improved.
The apartment is consistently described as very clean, with high-quality fixtures and fittings. Guests have expressed satisfaction with the level of cleanliness throughout their stay.
The property boasts excellent views and is well-placed for local attractions and amenities. However, the steep hillside location and the walk to nearby shops and pubs have been noted as potentially inconvenient for some guests.
The apartment is generally found to be comfortable, with ample space and cosy furnishings. However, some guests felt that the lounge area was not as comfortable for six people and that balcony seating was limited.
Facilities are of good quality, but there have been comments about the practicality of the dishwasher, the warmth of the apartment, and some concerns about the safety of the shower facilities. The provision of fans and the overall maintenance are positives.
There is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the host in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Outstanding apartment, we had the best time for my husbands 50th birthday, with 2 adult children. Plenty of room, everything was well kept and we had everything we needed and more for a lovely break. The weather was both amazing one day and awful the next- but it was lovely being in the apartment cosy and warm watching the bad weather from inside. Lots to do around the local area and loads of nice places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

The view is a real wow factor! The location is understandably on a hill to get the views , but although the details mentioned a pub and shop 0.5 miles away, I wasn't prepared to have to walk half a mile down a steep hill and back again just to pop out for milk or a paper or a couple drinks . The apartment is quite large with plenty of storage. Lounge area not very comfortable for six guests. And only seating for four on the balcony. The kitchen adequate, however dishwasher only practical if you all eat at once, as only 6 of everything. Beds comfortable and linen and towels good. It's VERY warm everywhere, without heating on. Fans provided in every room tho which helps , but windows very awkward to open. The family bathroom has a pullout shower head from the bath but you can't stand and shower as no hook to put it on and no shower screen. The ensuite room nice but the shower has no nonslip floor which is quite dangerous, my parents in their 80s were in there and I was quite worried about them. Overall a nice apartment, but hasn't been thought through in all areas. I probably wouldn't go back.

This is an excellent apartment with great views across Torbay. Very clean and well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings. Communication was strong throughout the period leading up to the rental.
