Flat 2 Channel View in Torquay, Devon, is a spacious and well-equipped apartment with stunning views, a private garden, and a hot tub. Guests have enjoyed the location and the added amenities such as a pool table and games room. While some minor maintenance issues and cleanliness points were raised, these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experiences.
The apartment received mixed feedback on cleanliness. Some guests found it clean and spotless, while others noted floors that could be cleaner and a need for a deep clean. The majority did not report significant issues, suggesting a generally satisfactory level of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its great views and proximity to the beach and town. Despite some comments about the challenging driveway and the need for a car, the location is generally considered excellent.
Guests found the beds comfortable and the apartment spacious. However, there were comments about sofas only being comfortable when lying down and some disturbances from other occupants, which suggests room for improvement in overall comfort.
The facilities, including a hot tub and pool table, were appreciated, but several reviews mentioned non-working extractor fans and other maintenance issues. These recurring points indicate that while the facilities are good, maintenance needs attention.
There is insufficient information regarding any thoughtful touches or gifts provided by the hosts, as the reviews do not mention these aspects. Therefore, it is not possible to assess this category.

Everything was clean and spotless. Would highly recommend
Tract
The only thing we noticed was that the floors were not as clean as the could of been, white socks soon become dirty from the floor and you could see crumbs/dirt under the sofa, bed and kitchen units etc where thing had been pulled out to clean. This would not stop me staying again or recommending it to somebody else but a little improvement that could be made

Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Views incredible.hot tub a fantastic bonus. Not as close to town as we thought but taxi to town and back were easy to obtain and cost between 6-8£ a time which was cheap between the four of us on our trip. We ordered a grocery shop on uber eats from local co op which was easy and quick. All of us enjoyed our stay. We had no issues at all.
