Good communication from Keith the owner. He arranged a weeks parking permit for us in the Torbay area so we were able to explore the area. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and there was even a devon cream tea for us on our arrival. The location was great. Just up from the harbour and close to bars and restaurants. We walked the dog up the street from the cottage and the views, both day and night, looking down on the harbour were lovely. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Place wasn't very clean but I believe it was a temporary cleaner. Central location, beautiful views.

Very close to many eating places at the harbour and a food shop nearby. The cream tea was very much appreciated on our arrival and the milk too. Would recommend this to anyone.
