    Spotlessly clean, everything you need for a short break. A great location with the benefit of private parking.

    A lovely comfortable ground floor apartment with good quality oven hob and a really efficient cold fridge. The welcome bag of Suffolk delicacies was delightful and high quality. There was everything you could need. And despite the apartment being quite close to the road it was very quiet and the double blinds and curtains gave the bedroom privacy from the road.

    The situation of the flat is very good and there is a parking space which was much appreciated. The area, despite the closeness to the town was quiet, the outside area was clean, and the provision for refuse disposal was very good. The sitting room and bedroom at 2, Coastguard Court are comfortable and we found the accommodation to be broadly adequate for a week stay. However, the bathroom falls short of the standard we usually expect, despite the powerful shower. There were few knives and forks in the kitchen and the cups were not clean on our arrival. There is a washer-dryer which is useful for towels, and also efficient as a washer only for other items, but there is no airer. There is a dishwasher, but too few cutlery items to use this daily except half empty. It is difficult to decide on the recommendation issue below as we had the accommodation we needed for the week and the situation is good. I wish to be fair and honest.
