Latimer House boasts a stunning position with panoramic sea views and its own access to the seafront from the garden. Elevated and private views of the sea can be enjoyed from the garden and many of the rooms in this one-of-a-kind holiday home. Latimer House could arguably boast some of the best views in Felixstowe!

Outside:  large, landscaped garden lies to the rear, providing elevated and private views of the sea. A raised patio terrace with seasonal planting contains a gas barbecue, loungers and outdoor table and chairs. Three steps down lead to the lawn, with a separate drinks patio. A small childrens' playzone has been created, with slide, swings and climbing frame. The lawn gradually slopes down, with stone steps leading down to a small separate patch, directly opposite the sea. 

Parking: concrete driveway with ample parking for up to 10 cars or more if required. Fully enclosed by brick walls and an electric gate.
