Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the Osprey apartment for its spaciousness, stylish decor, and prime location close to Southwold's seafront and town centre. The property is celebrated for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and comfortable setting. While there are minor issues with boiler noises and key management, these do not detract from the overall positive experience. The apartment is highly recommended for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Reviewers are very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment, noting it as 'very clean' which indicates a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the sea and the town centre, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy Southwold's offerings.

Guests find the apartment to be warm, cosy, and comfortable, with ample space. However, there is a mention of radiators not heating up on a particularly cold night, slightly impacting the comfort score.

The apartment is well-equipped with good quality appliances and cooking equipment. There are some concerns about boiler noises and a temperamental key safe, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

There is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

    A very enjoyable stay.

Only nag was there only being one key, which didn't work for us as a family that doesn't always holiday en masse. Leaving it in the key safe didn't work either as the key safe was temperamental and had a 'knack' to it. Apart from that we have no complaints and would happily book again

The only feedback I have is that the boiler made some loud banging noises at various times throughout the day and night. The noise didn’t bother us but also didn’t sound like any boiler had be heard before. Saying that the heating and hot water worked well.
