This delightful five bedroom home has been recently renovated throughout to provide an outstanding holiday home for ten guests. Perfect for a family get together with the beach and amenities close by, opposite the iconic lighthouse and beautiful paved courtyard garden.
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! James Cottage appears to be a small, unassuming property from the street, but looks in this case are definitely deceptive. Even with seven adults, there was ample space for all, and we had a very comfortable few days there. The property has been tastefully refurbished and decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable and the location couldn't be better. We had a few minor niggles that we've passed on to the owners, but we would certainly recommend it and would happily stay there again.

The cottage is well equipped We struggled with more than 2 in the kitchen area as it was a galley kitchen and this impeded those white were staying in bedrooms at the back of the property
