Snaptrip says

Timber Barn in Herefordshire receives high praise for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests consistently mention the enjoyable hot tub, the property's beautiful location with stunning views, and the friendly and helpful owner. The accommodation is well-equipped for large groups, offering ample space, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The addition of a tennis court and proximity to local attractions add to the appeal for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews frequently highlight the cleanliness of Timber Barn, with guests describing the property as spotless and well-maintained. One mention of fridges not being entirely clean slightly impacts the score.

The location is highly praised for its peacefulness, beautiful countryside views, and proximity to quaint villages and local pubs. The property's setting on a hilltop and easy access to walks enhance its appeal.

Guests find the barn conversion comfortable, with special mentions of underfloor heating and cosy bedrooms. However, one comment about some furniture being slightly uncomfortable suggests a small deduction in the score.

The facilities, including the hot tub, tennis court, and well-equipped kitchen, are frequently commended. However, there were minor issues with the hot tub and a suggestion for clearer instructions, indicating room for improvement.

While guests express appreciation for the owner's hospitality and the welcome they received, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency of thoughtful gestures such as gifts. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

There was plenty of space for three generations to enjoy. Being in the middle of a working farm was a great experience for the children. It was a splendid base to discover the beautiful area. We would have liked an area outside that we could have gated off so the smaller children would have a safer space to play. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you

There is plenty of room to be together and also plenty of capacity to hideaway for some quiet time. Timber Barn is well appointed and fitted-out. The hostess/owner lives close by on site - which is a working farm (so possibly not ideal for young children slthough this did not apply to us) - & she was very obliging about sorting out the few random queries that turned up. The venue is ideally tucked away and conveniently close for holiday site-seeing such as “the black & white villages” of the area, also Hereford, Ludlow and Hay on Wye …. Also good for a walk into the local village (itself historic and charming!). Thank you.
