Guests say

The Willows is consistently praised for its spotless cleanliness, peaceful and quiet location, and comfortable amenities. Guests appreciate the well-equipped property, the friendly and helpful owners, and the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Despite a few minor issues and one mention of difficult dealings with the booking organisation, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Reviewers unanimously commend the property for its exceptional cleanliness, often describing it as 'spotless' and 'well-presented'. This consistent feedback indicates a very high standard of cleanliness maintained at The Willows.

The location is frequently highlighted for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions and walking trails. The peaceful countryside setting and scenic views contribute to a positive experience, although one mention of patchy phone reception suggests a slight inconvenience for some.

Guests find the property comfortable, with special mentions of warm beds and recliner sofas. The overall sentiment suggests that The Willows provides a relaxing and cosy environment, contributing to a comfortable stay.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, a couple of minor maintenance issues, such as a faulty extractor fan and door handle, prevent a perfect score.

The owners are noted for their thoughtfulness, with guests appreciating the provision of essentials for a cuppa upon arrival. While this indicates a considerate approach, it is important to note that such gestures are a courtesy and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

It was good value for the money as well considering what similar properties in other parts of the country are charging.

It is in a very remote but very peaceful location. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped and the whole house was very clean and tidy. The lounge had recliner sofas that were much nicer in reality than in their photographs. There were scenic views of distant Wenlock Edge from all the windows. A great location for a rural retreat!
