Parking was a difficulty because of time limits on the roads outside the house. It meant a lot of re-parking and walking. The downstairs bathroom also posed problems, especially for someone in their 70s! The garden was challenging as it needed some TLC Other than that a well-appointed house, close to the Town Centre and theatres, a very cosy and quiet place to stay for a good rest and holiday.

The back bedroom window doesn't lock or even latch to so is open all the time and a security risk. Electrical equipment doesn't have up to date PAT tests. Lighting could be better on stairs, light in front bedroom kept crackling and flashing on and off so wiring needs looking at. Light in cupboard in back bedroom has the light output of a birthday candle and not much use. I think in general the house needs completely rewiring and updating. The television is too small, especially if you have kids. House was clean but carpets and bedroom furniture old and dated. Location for Stratford town centre is good. Overall a good stay but would look elsewhere in future if visiting the same area.
