Not far from the centre of the medieval town of Warwick, you will find 67 Bridge End, an outstanding red-brick terraced cottage. This property has been renovated to the highest standard and has kept its historic roots with exposed brick-work and wooden beams throughout making it picture-perfect for a family get-together. For those budding chefs, there is a modern fitted kitchen with a large range cooker and a dining table at the end of the room for the rest of the party, who can certainly make use of the separate wine fridge. The sitting room boasts another, larger dining table as well as two sofas which sit in front of the exposed brick fireplace containing a woodburning stove. This captivating cottage has four wonderful first floor bedrooms, with the master and double rooms both boasting en-suite facilities, along with a further double and a single bedroom; a bathroom with a luxuriously deep freestanding bath completes the layout. Step out of the living area and into the glorious enclosed garden through the bi-fold doors and take in the evening as you sit at the outdoor table after a day of sight-seeing. With the nearest pubs and shops being a mile or less away, Warwick has lots to offer in the form of amenities, as well as opportunities for days out at the historic Warwick Castle or walks along the Grand Union Canal, which runs through the town. Under 3 miles away is the town of Royal Leamington Spa, where you can go back in time to the Victorian era and visit the Royal Pump Rooms, now home to the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum. If the weather is on your side, visit the Jephson Gardens for a family picnic and a look at the tropical plants in the glasshouse. Further afield, the Cotswolds is less than a 30 minute drive away. 67 Bridge End is a delightful and idyllic cottage to be enjoyed all year round.

Sarah
It had everything a group of âseniorâ friends from around the country could possibly want for a get together, especially very comfy beds and a spacious sitting/dining area to congregate. Thanks again to Sally and Mike for a great stay in their lovely house.

The drain issue was not a problem provided water is flushed down the drain each day. The house is comfortable, well furnished, comfortable beds and accommodated our family, 4 adults, children aged 5 and 2 who thought it was a great adventure. Would certainly book it again.

However, it suffers from unpleasant smelling drainage on an almost daily basis (and this wasn't mentioned in the prospectus) and, although steps can be (and have to be) taken to ameliorate this, nevertheless it is a feature. Masses of cutlery and crockery - taken from about 4 different sets each!! Those aside, it was very acceptable indeed!
