Our caravan is situated on Parkdean Holiday resort, Barmston nr Driffield. it has its own path leading to the property with parking bay (grass), a purpose-built gated veranda with rattan furniture.

The caravan is an ABI Focus with gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Inside in the living area 2 settees, dining table with seating for 4 & TV

Please note there is NO sofa bed available.

Kitchen - oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, toaster & kettle.

Bedrooms 1 double bed and ensuite and the second bedroom has two single beds

There is a separate fully fitted shower and toilet.

Bedding and towels are provided.

If you are wanting to go swimming please bring your own towels.

WiFi is provided but we cannot guarantee its functionality due to being in a rural location.

Two small well behaved pets are welcome (free of charge). We do provide bowls for their food and water.

The use of E scooters and the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on park.

When booking please ensure you let us know everyone that is staying as only the guests on the booking will be permitted to stay.

The booking is for up to 4 people to stay at the caravan and does not include Parkdean entertainment passes, passes can be obtained at the park's reception at extra cost subject to availability (not prebookable).

If booking mid September to end March, facilities on site are closed.
