Holly was very helpful and called me to let me know that the patio was rather icy just before we arrived and when we couldn't find a cork screw, she organised for one to be dropped off, which was very much appreciated. The kitchen has just about everything in it that you need to cook a meal, with lots of crockery and glasses etc, including plastic cups for the hot tub. The house was spotless with very comfortable beds and luxurious bed linen. We would definitely be more than happy to come back again.

Property well maintained & very clean. Found it a little strange that the large TV was in the small snug & a quite small one in the main seating area. Having stayed numerous times in different rented properties over the years this was the first one with no Welcome pack. Would definitely recommend this property to friends & family, lovely quiet location only 1.5 miles (5 mins) by car into Skipton.

Very cozy place, beds are comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. There was no essentials (hand soap, cooking oil..) which has been mentioned on previous comments but not amended. There were no bin bags either but they solved this as soon as we notified it so they are attentive and responding to feed back. Totally recommended!
