Stairs lead up to this attractive apartment from the street entrance. On entering this charming property you will find yourself in the spacious and inviting open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating, TV, DVD and a sofa bed, the welcoming and tastefully furnished lounge is an ideal space for relaxing in. You will also find a delightful dining area. Heading over to the stylishly designed galley kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric hob, combi microwave oven and grill, washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. You will also find a cosy bedroom with a super king size bed which can be made up either as a double or two twin beds. You will also find a bathroom complete with a large walk in shower and WC. Air conditioning is in use in the kitchen, lounge and each bedroom. Please be aware that the stairs leading up to the apartment are relatively steep and narrow, and there is no disabled access to the apartment. Street parking is free overnight (6pm to 8am). Free daytime parking can be found within walking distance, and the town centre Jubilee multi storey car park is just a minutes walk away. Please note that Parliament Street is a lively central location with a cafe bar to the ground floor, convenient for nightlife entertainment.
