Snaptrip says

Erica's 'eaven is a well-received cottage offering a peaceful stay with beautiful views and countryside. Guests appreciate the clean, well-equipped, and comfortable accommodation, along with the warm hospitality of the owners. The rural charm and proximity to nature, including friendly alpacas and other animals, add to the experience. While some guests mention minor issues with Wi-Fi and seating comfort, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers consistently mention that the cottage is 'spotlessly clean', with several guests highlighting the immaculate condition of the property. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.

The location is frequently described as 'peaceful', 'idyllic', and 'beautiful', with easy access to walks and nature. It's rural and quiet, which is highly valued by guests, though some note the lack of phone signal as a minor drawback.

Comfort is praised, with mentions of a 'comfy bed' and 'well-equipped' spaces. However, a few guests noted the sofas were too soft or low, which could affect those with mobility issues, slightly lowering the score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property described as 'well equipped' for self-catering. Some guests suggest improvements to Wi-Fi and the addition of a proper shower, indicating room for enhancement in maintenance.

Many guests express gratitude for the 'thoughtful touches' and 'welcome gifts' such as Prosecco, chocolates, and fresh eggs. While these are highly appreciated, it's important to note that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Really well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Very friendly owners who also provided much appreciated welcome gifts of chocolate, fresh eggs, biscuits and a bottle of bubbly. Perfect location for exploring North Yorkshire and the Moors, with walks from the doorstep. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
