Cook up a tasty meal in the sleek kitchen and get together around the dining table to spend some quality time catching up on the day's events or reminiscing over times gone by. The ground-floor shower room boasts a retro-style, tiled finish and a large walk-in shower, so you have plenty of room to get ready in the mornings. You also have a twin bedroom on this level, ideal for the kids or those who are slightly less able on their feet, while the double room upstairs lies under eaves. Sit out on the patio on a balmy, summer's afternoon and enjoy a chilled drink as you watch the ponies grazing in the field opposite or climb into the hot tub for a luxurious soak on return from a long walk. Our stay at The Stables was lovely. The owners are very pleasant and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. A great location which is peaceful and quiet and only 5min drive to Scarborough. We hope to return soon
