Climb up to the second floor for the fourth bedroom which has an en-suite shower and a snug study space. Downstairs through the patio doors is where you find the unique feature of Mulgrave House and its location with a fabulous large, shared garden, perfect for getting time together and entertaining at its best with a BBQ area overlooking the North Bay. Whether its the sunrise or the sunset, this is a very special area to simple listen to the waves and the sounds of the sea. Mulgrave House is a beautiful home to enjoy a spectacular sea view from every window to the North Bay at the rear and South Bay at the front, which also overlooks the Historic St Marys Church and the grave of Anne Bronte of Bronte Sisters fame. Just a stone's throw away is Scarborough Castle, Richard III was the last king to stay there, in 1484, while assembling a fleet to resist the expected invasion of Henry Tudor. The Castle is on a historic headland providing delightful views of both bays, if you are lucky enough, you may visit during jousting events, be prepared to be enchanted. North Yorkshire Water Park- is a great place to create family memories, squeeze into your wetsuit, and tackle the inflatable assault course, if you are a daredevil you may want to use a climbing wall and thrilling zip wire. The North Bay is home to the beautiful Peasholm Park and colourful beach chalets. On the South Bay you might fancy a visit to the funfair and amusement arcades. If you fancy a day out in nature then Falling Foss is a Forestry Commission magical woodland walk only 13 miles away.There is a 2 mile circular walk and a really nice tea garden next to a 30 foot waterfall. Whitby is not much further away and is an idyllic place to visit and experience the history of Captain Cook and of course the tales of Dracula amid the ruins of Whitby Abbey
