The workhouse has been well designed with everything finished to a high standard. We had all the necessities we needed for our stay with the addition of a great hot tub for relaxing in the evenings. Everywhere is very clean and itâ is clear the owners take great care of everything and are happy to help if needed. The location is wonderful for dog owners with lots of areas to walk close by and there are plenty of dog friendly pubs near by to eat out at. Scarborough is only a short drive away. Christine was very friendly and helpful, was nice to know she was available for help if required but not imposing in any way. We would highly recommend a stay here and will certainly be back to visit again.

Newly decorated, very tasteful, clean. All instructions needed were in a folder as well which was helpful. We liked the fact that the patio/hot tub was enclosed as well. Great communication from the owners on the day too. Only two 'downsides' which were minor problems really - drive currently being redone - likely will have been finished by the time i finish this review though! and the downstairs bed is a bit small if you aren't a couple - we brought a blow up airbed just in case and did end up using it, but equally the sofa was spacious and comfortable so we could have used that too. Would consider coming back and would definitely recommend.
