The house is charming. The location is perfect, very near to Robin Hood's Bay, but really quiet. Parking is on the road outside, but it is a little used road. The fittings, furniture and decorations are all very good quality and little touches like the easy to use thermostat are spot on. The Fylingdales Inn is worth a visit. Nice place to stay.

The cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped. It felt very spacious for our party of 4 adults plus dog. We particularly enjoyed the fact that it felt so cosy and warm as the weather while we were there was quite cold and wet. The location was great for us too. Some lovely walks nearby with easy access to the cinder track and the coastal path. We enjoyed being able to walk into Robin Hoods Bay and the local pub,

Only negatives would be that the house was quite dusty in places, cobwebs around. I also received an email prior to our departure asking that we leave the house as clean as we found it, however the hoover was completely blocked with dust and hair which we didn’t fancy touching so made it difficult to clean up after 2 dogs.
