This bright and modern terraced property is situated in a quiet location in the popular, historic fishing port of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. Offering unusual reverse-level accommodation, off-street parking can be found on the upper-ground-floor level, where a private gated area leads to the cottage. Upon entering the property, you will find a bright and airy, open-plan living area with pleasant views towards the harbour and over the railway. The sitting room has a choice of two sofas to settle down onto, whilst watching the wall-mounted TV, one of the sofas even has a pull out bed, which can be utilised if required. The compact but practical kitchen has all of the necessary appliances to put together delicious family meals, which can be enjoyed around the wooden dining table, with enough seating for the whole group. The two bedrooms are on the ground floor, offering luxury bedding and towels, with the king-size room opening onto a sunny, front patio where you can sit and relax, watching the steam trains trundling by as they approach the station, while the second twin bedroom is perfect for all ages. We have been a couple of times now and have recommended you to quite a few people. The only things which need replacing are the pans and oven trays. We also couldnât find a potato peeler. (Probably being a bit picky now) really brilliant place and location. Thankyou Sue & Deric

The only comment i could make wa even though we had a dryer it would have been nice to have had a small washing line like the next door property.
