Outside garden's well kept and managed, lovely to sit on the patio overlooking the garden. Having stayed at several Sykes cottages and this one is by far the best.

.. perfect for two people. Amazing location...views from the terrace are fabulous, especially with a glass of vino in hand! If you like cooking then the kitchen has everything you need incl a dishwasher. If you go in the summer then take a fan! Both local pubs a good and I recommend taking the train to Whitby for the day. Station is literally at the end of the garden!
