The owners have thought about everything that might be needed. Well maintained. I loved that they had listed where bedding and fixtures and fittings were from which was great as I have looked some of these up and bought for my own home. A welcome pack had been left which shows that they care about people who are visiting the house. On a personal note and due to my health needs a foot stool would be useful.

The house was clean, warm and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that may be an issue for some is the fact it is at the top of a very steep hill. We didn't mind and enjoyed the fact that the road was very quiet as it isn't a through road.
Sara
The house is really well thought out with all the features you could possibly need. Added bonus was lots of toys for our 1 year old to play with and all of the baby/toddler necessities for any stay - something which is often not included so thank you for that. Really powerful shower, comfy sofas and very soft beds. Lovely, quiet location at the top of a rather large hill. Our only issues were with parking as spaces are limited but we mostly stayed close to Whitby and walked for the majority of our stay but may be inconvenient for anyone staying with mobility issues.
