    Dog friendly enclosed garden. Very well equipped and carefully arranged. Unfortunately we agree with a previous reviewer that all the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. As there were only two of us we thought we could just choose the best. We ended up using the spare duvets to make the bed more comfortable. Not so much Goldilocks, more The Princess and the Pea. A bed topper might be the answer.

    They had really thought of everything and the property completely exceeded our expectations. Lovely village and fabulous walking routes for the dog. Quick drive to York (park and ride is great) and easy drive to the East Coast. Thanks for letting us stay

    Nicely located for easy trips into York and Selby with regular busses stopping a couple of minutes walk away. The mattresses on the beds weren't quite to our liking but that could just be personal preference! Would definitely book again if travelling to York or surrounding areas.
