Cloughmills is a charming Northern Irish community situated between Ballymoney and Ballymena. The village is renowned for its industrial background, as it was previously home to an old linen mill fed by the Cloughwater river, which flowed through the southern portion of the community. The village is home to Patton's Bar and Millside Restaurant, both of which provide a range of British dishes, making them ideal for nights when you don't feel like cooking! The town of Ballymena is just a short drive away and is a renowned shopping destination in Northern Ireland. It is home to the Fairhill Shopping Centre, which features a plethora of well-known brands. You can also brush up on local history at Harryville Motte and Bailey and Galgorn Castle. Visit the Ballymoney Museum and then enjoy a delicious meal at the popular Holestone bar and restaurant, or venture further afield to the vibrant capital of Belfast.
