Guests say

Guests generally appreciate Hetland, praising its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and secure garden ideal for pets. The property's proximity to attractions and the thoughtful owner are frequently commended. Some guests enjoyed the added amenities like the pool table and fire pit. While most feedback is positive, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and comfort of the beds.

Most guests found Hetland to be clean and well-maintained, though there were a few mentions of cleanliness issues such as dust and stained kitchen chairs. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a common trend.

The location is generally well-received for its proximity to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. The presence of a garden centre and Dino World nearby is a plus for some, though a few guests noted the proximity to a main road.

Guests find the property comfortable, with a secure garden and generous space. However, there are mixed reviews about the quality of mattresses and bedding, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

Facilities are highly rated, with special mentions of the well-equipped kitchen, pool table, and fire pit. Some guests suggested the addition of cleaning products and a few kitchen items, but overall, the facilities meet guests' needs.

While guests have mentioned a welcome bottle of wine and the owner's helpfulness, there are not enough consistent references to specific thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.
