Would suggest door mat by front door for muddy feet and paws. Broken velour window in twin bedroom needs fixing as quite drafty during high winds and rain(owner informed) Wooden steep stairs maybe difficult for anyone with impaired mobility Garden space safe for dogs and nearby Clash woods good for short local walks(5minutes in the car) Really good location to travel to other parts of Scotland. Good local shops available for supplies.

It was very comfortable, lots of space and top quality amenities. The kitchen is well designed and it was great to have a place to cook after so many days on the road. A real treat. We did not explore the immediate area very much because it was difficult to understand the property lines for the farm. Maybe consider a guide to hikes or walking areas nearby as a help. But fantastic overall!

Very secure front garden for the dogs and all the furniture and fittings appears very new. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom shower was very good. Local shops close by with a large supermarket in Dingwall a few miles away. Also good value for money.
