Easter Urray Farmhouse is highly praised for its superb location, spaciousness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and the property's peacefulness. The large garden is a hit with both children and pets. The farmhouse's charm and the owner's hospitality contribute to a delightful stay, although some minor maintenance issues are noted.
The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness. However, a few guests mentioned finding items like a slice of toast and a dog's ball, indicating occasional oversights. The presence of dog hairs on furniture was also noted by a guest.
The location is consistently lauded for its tranquility and proximity to nature, with easy access to local attractions and walks. The remote setting is appreciated for its beauty and peacefulness.
Guests find the farmhouse comfortable, with special mentions of the underfloor heating and cosy atmosphere. The spaciousness and quality of the beds contribute to the comfort, although a couple of guests suggested that some mattresses could be replaced.
The farmhouse is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and guests are pleased with the en-suite bathrooms. However, there are comments about malfunctioning appliances and a need for better maintenance of facilities like the oven and ventilation fans.
While guests mention the owner's hospitality and welcoming gestures, such as wine and cheese, there are not enough references to consistently evaluate the thoughtfulness across all reviews. Therefore, it is not guaranteed that such gifts are provided.

It is well-equipped and the quiet location is relaxing, while being within easy reach of The Black Isle, Inverness, Loch Ness, and surrounding areas. The owners are very helpful, which makes the whole place even more welcoming. We highly recommend the cottage for a peaceful getaway.

It was very comfortable and was well kitted out. Tastefully decorated and in a super location.

The owner was also really nice; he invited us to help ourselves to the plums and apples in the garden - delicious. When the kettle packed in, he provided a replacement in an hour. Great service. The only drawback was the lack of high power chargers in the area for my electric car. Twice I had to drive into Inverness to charge up.
