Some guests mentioned receiving snack bars, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to their stay. However, there have been mentions of maintenance issues such as plumbing and dampness, and the absence of on-site facilities like a restaurant.

The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with mentions of it being clean and tidy. However, there was an isolated complaint regarding plumbing issues that affected cleanliness, which seems to have been addressed but recurred.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, stunning views, and proximity to local attractions. It is a highlight for many guests, contributing to the overall positive experience.

The lodge is described as comfortable and enjoyable, with a well-equipped kitchen and warm atmosphere. Some guests found the mattresses too soft, and there was a mention of a dining table being tight for six people.

While the lodge itself is well-equipped, several reviews mention the absence of on-site facilities such as a restaurant and water park, which were expected. There is also a mention of maintenance issues like dampness and loose tiles.

Guests appreciated the snack bars provided, which added a thoughtful touch to their stay. However, as not all reviews mention this, and to ensure expectations are managed, it's important to note that such amenities are not guaranteed.

The only thing I would say is the mattresses are very soft.

Beautiful views over the loch. Beautiful new kitchen. Dining table is very tight for 6 people. The smoke detector batteries need to be replaced.

Right on the loch and quick access to the A82 and the rest of the great glen too. Property description should remove the bit about site restaurant though - this is a good location but the restaurant doesn't look like it's been active for a while?
