Guests say

Ardmore is a well-received cottage, praised for its beautiful, peaceful location and comfortable, clean interiors. Guests enjoyed the stunning views, local walks, and wildlife. The rural setting offers tranquillity and a chance to stargaze. Some minor issues were noted, but overall, guests had positive experiences and would return.

The majority of guests found the cottage to be clean and comfortable, with only a few minor comments regarding the cleaning of kitchen utensils. The positive remarks far outweigh the negatives, indicating high standards of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its stunning views, peacefulness, and proximity to nature and wildlife. The remote setting is appreciated for star gazing and enjoying sunsets, although the distance to shops and amenities is noted.

Guests found the cottage to be homely, warm, and well-equipped, contributing to a comfortable stay. The reclining sofas and spaciousness were particularly appreciated. There were some comments about the shower temperature and fuel burner, but overall comfort was rated highly.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-appointed kitchen and good parking. However, there were comments about the washer/dryer's effectiveness and some difficulties with the taps and cooker hood, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.

While guests mentioned a welcome tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits, there are not enough references to gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. Therefore, it is important to note that such amenities are not guaranteed.
