Larchgrove is a well-received cottage, praised for its equipped and cosy nature, beautiful garden, and tranquil setting. Guests enjoyed the wildlife, walks, and the thoughtful touches like Christmas trees and welcome gifts. Some concerns were raised about the driveway, traffic noise, and maintenance issues, but these were minor compared to the overall positive experience.
The cottage is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with guests noting its warm and cosy atmosphere upon arrival. There were no significant complaints about cleanliness, indicating high standards are met.
The location is highly appreciated for its beauty and tranquillity, with easy access to walking routes and nature. Some guests noted the road traffic and the property's remoteness as minor drawbacks.
Guests found the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, especially with the wood burner. However, there were comments about a mattress needing replacement and the conservatory being cold in winter, suggesting room for improvement.
The property is well-equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and dog kennel. However, some guests mentioned issues with showers, heating, and refuse management, indicating that some facilities could benefit from attention.
While guests mentioned welcome gifts and festive decorations, there is not enough information to determine if such thoughtfulness is consistent across all stays. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed for future guests.

Lots of information provided for places to go and things to see, the online link provided prior to our visit was really helpful. Greatâs location for exploring Glenlivet estate and the wider area.
