Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.  Electric central heating,electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Welcome pack.  .  Private patio with garden furniture.  Shared grounds.  Parking for two cars.  Please note: There is a fenced river 100 yards away.  The property has a natural water supply. .  This lovely holiday home has been carefully converted from an old grain store, with characterful stone walls and a delightful setting, just yards from the River Spey, with its own sitting out area at the rear and a very peaceful outlook.  Comfortably and stylishly furnished whilst retaining original features such as thick stone walls and pillars, it is a real home from home.  It’s convenient setting makes it an ideal base for walkers, fishermen and nature lovers.  The Speyside Way runs along the riverbank here and goes from the Moray coast to Aviemore.  There is a 9-hole, 18-tee golf course one mile away at Ballindalloch, with other superb courses less than an hour away.  Within easy reach are the ski slopes of the Lecht and Cairngorm, or by contrast enjoy the wonderful sandy beaches of the Moray Firth around Lossiemouth and Nairn, where the famous Moray Firth dolphins can be regularly spotted.  Visit the fairytale Ballindalloch Castle, two miles, or the ruins of Drumin Castle and its walled garden.  The malt whisky trail starts close b. . .
